Your first AI project

Start with a focused AI pilot.

One workflow, a clear scope and results to evaluate before expanding. What a Zyro AI pilot includes and how to prepare for the first conversation.

Tell us about one task ↗

What is an AI pilot?

A bounded project that tests whether a system helps with one specific task before expanding it across a business. A useful pilot has an accountable owner, representative examples and clear acceptance criteria.

Choose one starting point

  • Sales inquiries: organize messages from one source and prepare the next step.
  • Documents: extract a defined set of fields for review.
  • Knowledge: answer questions from an approved collection of documents.

These are scope examples, not client projects or confirmed integrations for your business.

What we agree before building

  1. The problem, owner and workload.
  2. Inputs, outputs, tools and available access.
  3. Automatic steps and steps requiring human review.
  4. Deliverables, acceptance checks, exclusions and documentation.
  5. Pricing, milestones, software costs and support.

How we evaluate the result

Record the current effort and test representative examples. Compare total time, corrections and exceptions, including supervision time. The evidence can support expanding, adjusting or stopping the pilot.

What to send in your first inquiry

A simple description is enough: “We receive around 40 inquiries a week and copy the details into a spreadsheet. We want a clearer follow-up process.” Add the tools you use and who does the task. Do not share passwords or customer data.

Questions before deciding

Is there a fixed price or timeline?

We define both after reviewing the workflow and integrations, before implementation.

Do we need to replace our tools?

Not by default. We first check whether your existing tools can connect.

Does a pilot guarantee savings or sales?

No. Its purpose is to measure whether the system adds value to your process using your inputs.
